Carers sons and daughters

Amicus recognise the importance of supporting the entire family, including carers children living at home, and also their adult children that live independently, as we know the vital role they play in fostering. The supervising social worker allocated to the family will regularly meet up with the younger children living within the family home, and organise various events and outings especially for them and, for the older children, there are groups meeting up a couple of times a year, in a pub or cafe, for an exchange of news, ideas, etc.
